There is easy access to Kingussie - 5 miles, Kincraig - 3 miles, Aviemore - 10,
Inverness - 40 miles and Edinburgh 2.5 hours away.

The A9 main trunk road passes through the Valley.   The main London - Inverness trains and local Scottish services stop in Kingussie.   Inverness airport links the area with regular flights to Gatwick, Luton, Birmingham and Manchester, the Outer Hebrides, Orkney and Shetland.

From Insh the Isle of Skye and rugged west coast mountains are a pleasant day's excursion as is Braemar, Balmoral and the east coast.

There are many attractions within the Spey Valley and you can enjoy walking, cross country ski-ing or mountain biking through the endless forests behind the cabins.   Bird watch on the famous RSPB Insh Marshes or take in a round of golf at any of the scenic golf courses in the area.   Take advantage of touring the unspoilt Monarch of the Glen countryside and enjoy the stunning colours of the changing seasons.

Scottish Bikeathon in aid of Leukaemia Research.    Take part in a family cycle round the beautiful quiet roads of Badenoch and make money for Leukaemia Research or cheer the cyclists back to Ardvonie Park in Kingussie.   This is NOT a race.
